I have written enough about Beale Street Landing. Like Chief Joseph, I will fight no more forever. In May, when the "colorful topper" was in its infancy, I collected renderings
from the Riverfront Development Corporation and Friends For Our Riverfront. An RDC spokesperson said colors in the final product might be "more muted."

Is this good urban design for a prominent public space?
Does this make the widely-mocked-as-inappropriate Bass Pro "bait shop" logo look like the Mona Lisa?
