You: I work in an underground bakery making cupcakes.

Muddy's Bake Shop is currently looking for a full-time baker, and yes, this is serious and hard work — but doesn't it sound cool?

They are looking for full-time, experienced bakers to work in their Midtown kitchen. The shift is from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

Check out the job listing here. Interested parties can send resumes to amanda@muddysbakeshop.com.

Grab Your Wallets: Today is 5% Day at Whole Foods, which means they'll be donating 5 percent of the day's sales to Bridges.

The Wheels on the Bus Go Round and Round (and the Bus Smells Like French Fries): On Wednesday and Thursday, the Big Green Bus will be in Memphis. The bus — a Dartmouth College project on conservation and sustainability — is powered by used vegetable oil, is described as a "science fair on wheels."

They'll be at the Agricenter International Farmers Market on Wednesday and will meet with Shelby County mayor A C Wharton and open the bus for tours on Thursday.

The Big Green Bus will be getting support and maybe more oil from Huey's, the Rendezvous, and Perkins, among other businesses.

For more information go to thebiggreenbus.org.
