You can also get biscuit-making kits by Buddy's at the market if you're the crafty sort.
Along those lines, there's this "superfoods" chocolate-making kit at Whole Foods.
For the person who has everything, how 'bout this Buddah Hand lemon, also at Whole Foods? If the person who has everything already has this, then just give up.
