Cinco de Mayo, Timberlake-style

Are you Cinco de Mayoing today?

Might as well do it up like Justin Timberlake and try these cocktail recipes that come via the pop singer's 901 Silver Tequila.

901 Memphis Margarita

1.5 oz. 901 Silver Tequila
.75 oz. Blue Curacao
.5 oz. Lime Juice
2 oz. Sweet and Sour

Splash Orange Juice, Splash of Sprite, Splash of Beer

Shake and serve over ice in a salt-rimmed glass

901 Italian Margarita

1.5 oz. 901 Silver Tequila
.75 oz Amaretto
.5 oz Lime Juice
2 oz. Sweet and Sour
Splash Orange Juice

Shake and serve over ice in a sugar-rimmed glass.

And here's a recipe for scallops:

901 Tequila-Lime Scallops

12 U10 Diver Scallops
4 oz. 901 Silver Tequila
2 Fresh Limes
2 tbsp. Olive Oile
2 oz. Honey
2-3 sprigs fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch cumin
Pinch crushed red pepper
Fresh ground pepper and kosher salt to taste

Zest both limes in a bowl then fully juice. Add all remaining ingredients and mix with a wisk. Pour mix in a ziploc bag and add scallops and marinate for 30 minutes. Soak 4 10” wooden skewers in water while the scallops are marinating. Skewer three scallops per skewer. Grill over med-high heat for three minutes per side using marinade to baste scallops, turning 90 degrees ½ way through cooking time to produce grill marks.
