I'm seeing a lot of pimento cheese on menus these days.
Last weekend, I had deep-fried pimento cheese served with pepper jelly at Relish in Atlanta. (We also tried Relish's bread pudding made with Krispy Kreme donuts)
Very good ... but I prefer the less-fussy version at Holiday Ham.
In any event, I'm hoping to put together a small "taste-off" to take advantage of this pimento cheese frenzy. Which local versions do you think should be among the contenders?
