Brim's Memphis-Style BBQ Rib Chips

In what can best be described as a feat of chemical engineering, Brim's Memphis-Style BBQ Rib Chips do indeed taste like meat.

"It's not natural," said a coworker, and that about sums it up. (Edited to add: this is not necessarily a bad thing.)

I bought these at the Tiger Mart on Jackson near the interstate.
