So will what will be new at the new Southern Dawgs?
"Cheese and mayonnaise, " says Bourne, noting that he wasn't allowed to serve either outdoors.
Bourne says he would like to serve sno-cones and soft-serve ice cream at the Waring store ... and, ideally, to eventually run a fleet of outdoor carts.
Meanwhile, as Bourne is getting the space ready, he also still selling hot dogs outside the Waring store using a friend's cart.
"I'm doing business as we speak," says Bourne. "I've sold 30 dogs today."
