We had a Plan B in case the new downtown location of Central BBQ was packed.

It was, in fact, crowded, but it didn't matter because the place is huge and the staff expert at keeping things moving.
Of course, we had to start with the house-made chips with blue cheese ($4.99).

Our bologna connoisseur got the BBQ bologna sandwich ($3.49), and I opted for the chef's salad with portabella mushrooms ($7.49).

And, yes, there was pulled pork.

The pulled pork plate will set you back $8.79.
