Meroney was arrested May 3rd after a Maryland grand jury returned indictments alleging he raped a girl under the age of 14 in 1974. Meroney was contesting a fugitive from justice charge in court, which will be dropped when Meroney turns himself into authorities in Maryland.
Meroney's attorney, Mark Messler, said Meroney wants to prove his innocence in court.
Timberlake's last solo album was 2002's Justified, which garnered two Grammy Awards. Timberlake's Web site says Justin is bringing it back The new single coming Summer 2006. The new album coming early Fall 2006."
According to MTV.com Timberlake has already written and produced 11 or 12 songs and has worked with hip hop producers like Timbaland, Rick Ruben, and the Black Eyed Peas.

The B.B. King Museum will be built around a cotton gin where King once worked and will showcase four phases of Kings life, from his years in the Delta to the present. The museum has raised $8 million toward its $10 million goal. For more info, go here.

Last week developers unveiled plans for a 9,000-seat arena that would host hockey, soccer, basketball, and big-name concerts. A group of 13 investors joined together as Arkansas Sports and Entertainment Park to finance the arena and expects to build it off State Highway 12, near the regional airport. Spokesman and ASEP managing member Chris Talley who is also president of Memphis Pro Soccer, an organization thats building a new American Indooor Soccer League franchise in Memphis says the facility could have a $56 million impact on Northwest Arkansas and attract 400,0000 visitors a year. The arena is the first phase of plans that also include hotels and restaurants. For more go here.
