Rumsfeld Steps Down as Defense Secretary

Last week, President Bush said Donald Rumsfeld was doing a "fantastic job" as Secretary of Defense. Today, following what the president called a "thumping" in the midterm elections, Rumsfeld is resigning.

But we're sure it was a "fantastic" resignation.
