Thanks, Chris. Don't know whether to be proud because we're doing this or to cry because we have to.
BV: I suggest it's the former.
Homelessness isn't a new or recent phenomenon, so you're a bit late to the pity party, but it looks like treating it humanely has finally dawned on our political class as the right thing to do. Yippee!
Chris: what, you couldn't get the rights to "We're In the Money?"
Really, I'm late to the "pity party"? I'll add you to my list.

I'm relieved to see Memphis reach out to our homeless population. It's too easy to turn up the heat in our own warm homes and forget. Kudos to these folks for caring and putting feet to good intentions.
