Liberty Bowl Tenants Ready To Pay Up

City Councilman Reid Hedgepeth told his colleagues Liberty Bowl tenants — the University of Memphis, the Southern Heritage Classic, and the AutoZone Liberty Bowl — are prepared to pay a "substantial" amount of stadium improvement costs. More in John Branston's City Beat blog.
