Cochon 555 founder Brady Lowe poured one out on this whiskey barrel cake in memory of Newman Farm's Mark Newman, who passed away earlier in the month.
Why Lowe then set the cake on fire is unknown. The cake was created by Lady Bugg Bakery.
Husk's Travis Grimes, holding trophy, was named the winner of the Heritage BBQ.
The evening was capped off with a lantern release in honor of the late Mark Newman.
