Re: “The Tim Rowland Impressionist Show

Hey naysayers get a life, this is a fantastic show. I have played his CDs and many of my friends can't tell the difference from Tim Rowland to Elvis. I had a really great time in Graceland and truely enjoyed the exceptionally friendly Memphis hospitality, particulay with Mary and Belinda. I am coming back for sure.

Re: “The Tim Rowland Impressionist Show

Enjoyed seeing the Tim Rowland show. Of all the Elvis impressionest that I have seen he is the best. I think he represents Elvis and Graceland to perfection. I was not able to get back for the open mike show on Saturday and was very sorry for that after I got home and listened to the Tim Rowland cds that I had purchased. Tim's impressions of the other stars, Johnny Cash, Marty Robbins, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Louis Armstrong and the likes, was fabulous. I hope to see him again when I return to Memphis.

Re: “The Tim Rowland Impressionist Show

Tim Rowland's show is the only one in Memphis and he was great. He looks and sounds like Elvis, he just has a good time with everyone in the cafe. He takes his time to take pictures and just hang out. No cover charge, delicious food, great fun, music and dancing in a comfortable
atmosphere..its a must see show for anyone in the area so tip him and show him some love..#elenaLBC

Re: “Irie Fridays featuring live reggae music

Execellent venue, very chill and relaxed. Nice Vibe. cheap beers, $4 for a red stripe, and $3 for a bud lime. Sound and music very good, the KHweens of Zion and the Chinese Connection were excellent!! Good vocals, banging ass bass, the khweens connect well with the crowd. We wil be coming back to check them out.

Re: “The Tim Rowland Impressionist Show

i just got back today from staying at the heartbreak hotel i've heard both sides of the blah blah blah story joe kent vs tim rowlands - TIM ROWLANDS show is the way to go, it's family friendly and the toilet paper thing is called BEING FUNNY like "get it" times are tough so we've changed from fabric to paper LOL wow some people need sense of humor. His show was great, the voices he does Elvis or Dean Martin are spot on and he does make you feel like Elvis does...that the show is just for you and he's great at the karaoke gig after his on Saturdays as well. if you miss this show because you're just too stuck on everyone else's opinions to have your own ...well then you're FOR SURE missing out

Re: “The Tim Rowland Impressionist Show

We visited the Tim Rowland show on Satuday, March 3, 2012. This was our first show and first time seeing Mr. Rowland. I have to say without comparing Mr. Rowland to anyone else he put on a really good show. I just wish he would have dressed for the show. His singing was great and he made my Mom feel really really special and to me that is worth more than anything! During one of his songs he actually came down off stage and went over to her and put a lei around her neck. On another song, he gave her a teddy bear. The most emotional, tear jerking, priceless thing Mr. Rowland did for my Mom was to sing, "My Way" directly to her! My Way is my Mom's favorite Elvis song ever. That brought tears to my Mom's eyes when he did this. I can't Thank Tim Rowland enough for making my Mom's night. You see my Mom has terminal cancer and visiting Graceland was the one and only wish she wanted to do. Staying for the Tim Rowland show and what he did for her just put the trip over the top for my Mom. That alone is worth gold! Thank you Tom Rowland for making my Mom's trip just that much more special!

I attended his show from out of town and really had a good time. I thought he put on a wonderful show! The karaoke segment was also good. Lots of talented people singing. Great entertainment!!!

Re: “open band jam with Donnie Brunson, David, and Eric

I had heard about this place and my boyfriend and I decided to check it out on a Tuesday night. They have a steak special that is $6.95 for ribeye, potatoe, salad and toast and it taste great. Tuesday is also open mic night and we always have a blast with that. The people are great and the vibe is welcoming. I recommend it to everyone. Oh yeah and you can't beat the $6.50 beer pitchers.

Re: “Dance and Salsa Night

There is a mistake on here... swing dance lessons are at 7, and salsa lessons are at 9. Also, you have to get there before the lesson (before 7 or before 9) for it to be free. If it's 7:05, you have to pay the $5 cover ($10 if there is a live band).

At least this is how it is on Fridays. :)
