My personal favorite "memphis style" Mexican resturant. I like it much better than than the standard el porton. Generally the price is about the same as el porton, but the portions are a little larger and just seem to taste better. Try the fajita nachos and the tamalies.
Great service. I love the ravioli. Clasic Memphis Italian
Very good spot. Some of the best chicken wings in the city, the crab bisque is good, and where else are you going to get rumaki at a bar? Also the fried cheese is something not to be missed.
We had lunch here today and it was great as usual. The grilled portobello on focaccia with boursin cheese is wonderful and is extremely filling. They have a great patio out back but also have a few tables out front. They also have an extensive menu and it will take you quite a while to try everything. The servers are always pleasant but service can be a bit slow. Overall, one of our favorite places for a nice patio lunch.
Great food for the price, weak wine list, service was ok.
Everything I ordered was excellent and the service was excellent. Slightly pricey compared to other really good Italian restaurants in town, but the service is the reason for the 4th star.
A welcome addition to downtown. It has excellent food, a professional and friendly staff, and a warm and friendly atmosphere. Gotta check it out!
Good buffet. The food is always fresh at lunch time and you can't beat the price.
My husband and I have eaten there twice since they have moved to the new location. The food is always fantastic and fresh, the help is very chatty and helpful. we both give this place two thumbs up :)
One of the original Memphis Tex-Mex restaurants. Still consistent, excellent and authentic. Daily Specials and weekend seafood entrees. Great service staff.
This is one of the places I frequent due to the fact that it is only 5 minutes from their house. Oddly enough, I've never been for dinner, only the lunch buffet. Nothing beats having a couple of plates and a cold Taj Mahal!
great service if you've had rochelle wait on you!!!
Love the lasagna and the spaghetti. Big portions too, so bring your appetite.
Delicious buffet selection with great variety. I used to go here when I worked at FedEx WHQ.
If you are open to trying different cuisines, it's a quaint little restaurant with a delicious menu. But you gotta be looking for it, or you'll just drive right by it.
Had a great dinner here Saturday night. Menu was impressively varied. All the food "flights" were fresh and imaginatively prepared -- salads, risottos, small plate entrees, desserts. I would go back without hesitation. I found the wine selection to be more than adequate, and not particularly overpriced.
Eat here often, always a joy.
Been there only once. Their lasagna was delicious, service was gracious.
Re: “Nagasaki Inn”
Grab the coupon from the paper and drive on down summer to Nagasaki. Better than Shogun, not quite as good as Benihana, but a dang sight cheaper than both. Get a Kirin and enjoy the show.
