    Marathoner Justin Baker of Atlanta, Georgia, here finishing up at AutoZone Park, was one of the thousands who ran in nippy weather Saturday in one of three charity events for the benefit of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital: a full marathon, a half marathon, and a 5 K. The marathon also served as a qualifying event for the Boston Marathon, to be held early next year.
