Born and raised in Memphis, currently living in Pennsylvania. Singer/songwriter with Dead Irish Blues. Greg sings, plays guitar/mandolin in DIB along with his wife Marty Faiers (Fiddle/mandolin). Greg went to high school at Messick, and got college degrees at the University of Memphis and LSU. Greg played in garage bands in Memphis and then got involved in the Baton Rouge, LA blues scenes jamming on stage with BTR favorites Tab Benoit, Tabby Thomas, Raful Neal, Kenny Neal, and Larry Garner. Played in the "Phil Brady's All Stars" at the Baton Rouge Blues Festival prior to leaving for Virginia in 1995. At that point, Greg immersed himself into the acoustic music scene in VA along with his future wife Marty. Upon moving to PA, DIB was born.
