This is a lot of information but what I've been searching for are the laws in Tennessee for manufacturing or possession. I've heard it can be a felony or misdemeanor depending on the circumstances. I inadvertantly rented my property to a meth user who is going for sentencing on Monday. I will be sorely disappointed if some kind of plea agreement takes place so that she is free to keep using and cooking. If they don't send her to treatment and/or jail, I will eveict her and her crack using boyfriend ( who told me all this when he was angry with her) I drew up a new lease, put him only on it and we changed locks. He let her back in within a week.
