They offer a gluten-free pancake. Definitely worth mentioning since most breakfast places only offer us eggs and bacon.
The issue with St. Jude is that it's dependent upon millions of dollars in donations for its operating budget. It can't raise those dollars if people associate it with one place - "Well *we* have a children's hospital in my town...maybe I should just give to *it*." St. Jude has to sell its research story and to do that it has to market itself as "being everywhere," as its president described.
Celiacs don't need more baking mixes. We can already make whatever we want to eat at home. What we need are more options for eating out or on the go- safe food already prepared. What I wouldn't give to be able to buy a MUFFIN or a WAFFLE or a CUPCAKE.
