I heard on WRVR that if you payed $25 you received a $50 gift certificate for Jims Place East. I received in the mail two $25 dollar gift certificteds and asssumed when taking the to the restaurant we would receive $50 off our bill. Our waitress said we could only use one and I explained to her how it was advertised on WRVR and she said that she could only give credit for the one $25 certificate. I asked for the manager and explained to him what happened and he told me the same think and then said I will not talk to you anymore and turned and left the room. Is there anything that can be done about this.

I wrote last night concerning the rude behavior of the manager of Jim's Place East. I spoke to Steve Willliams with WRVR and have been given my money back and Mr Williams could not have been any nicer.
