I am a Memphis native but married and moved to Wildersville several years ago. The dairy is about 2 miles from my house. I am so glad to see that they have been selling their products in Memphis. I am an attorney in a different town here and got my friends at the office hooked on the milk, cheese, and butter from Rock Springs. My former boss' son used to call the chocolate milk pudding because of its thickness. Like others have said, you pour a glass and turn around and notice you have an empty bottle.
Around the holidays if you are a boiled custard or egg nog fan you must try their varieties. They are both exceptional. I had never been an egg nog drinker but procured some for some visiting friends from out of state. They all stopped by the dairy on their way back to their respective homes with a cooler full of nog.
Really glad to see this article, only wish I had noticed it sooner. Good work.
