Awesome article! If everyone switched just a few of their usual trucked-in grocery purchases for local ones, the resulting reduction in emissions would be huge. Like most people, I'm not about to give up chocolate or bananas, but I will definitely think twice about my food choices and where they come from the next time I make out my shopping list. Thanks for helping raise awareness about locally produced foods!
