I love A-Tan! They have marvelous hot and sour soup, and if you're watching your waistline and/or have kids in tow, their steamed chicken and veggies is excellent; comes with two kinds of sauce -- yum! My daughter agrees with MemphisCheapskate about the hibachi part of the restaurant: better food and cheaper prices than Benihana. Service is friendly and fast, too.
Looks delightful! But what about lunch?
Sounds great! What are their hours?
I think the woman should have been ushered out of the theatre. Let everyone stare at her while it's happening. I also think posters should be in the lobby and at point of sale outlining this policy.
Bet she won't forget to silence it before the next performance.
What's up with all the negativity on this thread? You folks sound like elitists who couldn't be pleased with a pleasing machine! I, personally, am delighted to have this new store near my neighborhood. I've had some great experiences with Kroger employees, too. Don't paint with such a broad brush. Every company has losers who somehow get hired, but look around and you'll find the winners outnumber them 10 to 1. For once a company isn't leaving Memphis. Think about that.
Where was this pic taken? It looks great!
If we're not allowed to vote on this, it just proves that our elected legislators trusted us to put them in office, but now don't think we have enough sense to vote on issues that they want to decide for us. I'm watching to see who votes how on this issue.
I was so excited to get BiBimBop at Kwik Chek, but then when it was delivered to me, the server (one of the owners, I think), sat it down and, to my horror and before I could react and stop her, grabbed a knife and fork and chopped everything up and mixed it together. I wanted to savor that egg on top and also pick through to sample individual ingregients. :( And the server was so cheerful and pleased with herself all I could do was say "thank you."
Still, I love Kwik Chek and the owners and employees. They are so sweet and accommodating!
