All well and good, but what did they do on the lesser included count of having too much hair (and don't tell me that's not a crime)?
MGMT ROCKED! I tivo'd the show just for them. In some ways, they're a throwback to 60's bands, aren't they? Maybe that's why I liked them. SNL, however, is a sad shadow of its former self.
Pigs in a blanket by any other name. But, ugh; can I tell you what those things look like?
Hey, restaurant owners: if you're as concerned about your wait staff as you profess, PAY THEM MORE. Where is it written that the obligation to compensate an employee should be shifted to the customer? It's pretty clear from the article that tipping is a legalized form of shakedown. If you don't tip enough, maybe the next time you show up the waiter will, uh, put a little something extra in your food, eh?
If waiters aren't making enough money, they need to find another job. As for me, I'm staying home where I know what I'm eating, the price is right and I don't have to put up with surly waiters. My guess is many others feel the same way, which is part of the reason the restaurant business has tanked.
Opera for the people! What a great idea. I hope OM won't wait another 18 years to do this again.
Chris, when it comes to cinematography, László Kovács has nothing on you.
Tim: you say Palin's feet smell like that's a bad thing.
The one I'm trying to figure out is Todd. I figure he's basically her consort, and he's obviously PW'd, but seriously, does the man really have no pride? I guess, by now, she's the perfect 10: a zero with 10 million dollars.
Re: “What "Green" Means”
Wow; Joe Royer owns Outdoors. Who knew? Has there ever been anyone, in the history of commercialism, who did a better (or, at least, more ubiquitous) job of self-promotion?
