You missed nothing. I had the unfortunate experience of being in the audience Sautrday evening: I wanted my $15 back!
Civil marriage is a civil right. Glad Jr. FINALLY wised up. (But I still don't trust him.)
In all my 49 years as a Tennessean I've never been this ashamed of my state and it's ignorant, small-minded, Jesus-juice-sucking "leaders." TN Chamber leadership and members you can't hide for the fact that you are a bunch of liars who only "came out" againt the bill after it was a done deal. FedEx, Comcast, Unitedhealthcare, et. all - too Little, too late. We know you hate. And all you spineless Dems who voted for the rich SOB Haslan The H8R owe your GBLT neighborhers an apology.
"And while crime and the problems of 38126 have followed them." AMEN
My little section of Cordova used to be nice until Lipscomb emptied the projects into the apartments along Germantown Parkway. This move has done nothing to solve the very real problems of poverty or crime, it's only spread those civic cancers more broadly.
"Giannini stressed his own neutrality" Yeah . . . right . . . what a steaming crock
Brian The Boy Blunder and his henchman like Curry Todd prove that today's Republican Shelby County Delegation is just a more telegenic version of the White Citizens' Councils of yore. Both groups are well known for opposition to racial integration. I'm surprised Brian hasn't donned a sheet and hood and hopped on a horse to ride through Gtown screaming "The Coloreds Are commin', The Coloreds Are Comin'" The more things change, . . . .
Re: “Iowa Sojourn”
Jackson: What do you think about Sperimn' Herman's endorsement of Newt? One philandering whore monger endorses another philandering whore monger . . . Gotta love the God-fearin' GOP
