I can't believe we're finally getting a Chipotle. I thought we were doing big things when we got the Urban Outfitters and Duncan Donuts in Midtown. Looks like MEM is trying to catch up with the rest of the U.S.

Memphis is full of sheep. Poor, uneducated sheep. Give them something to do (with the promise of making money of course), and they will hop on that opportunity so that they can buy more drugs and alcohol.
