Late to this active comment thread. The frustrating thing about the MPO is the bike/ped stimulus money possibly left on the table. Jonesboro Arkansas was just awarded $1.5 million for a greenway. Very forward thinking for that city. We've apparently applied per Mayor Wharton's staff, but that's been kept under the radar. And the focus of the stimulus app was a lane along Canada Road in Lakeland.
I agree with the routes proposed by MPH2 above and think it would immediately impact the quality of life for Memphians and visitors alike.

Tried the Korean bbq tacos. They were great, but 9.50 for 2 tacos and a bowl of cabbage is way too much. Los Tortugas isn't that high.
