In Jonesboro, we got rice, popcorn, 2 kinds of radishes, basil, shiitake mushrooms and several of the hydroponic tomatoes. What do you plan to do with the radishes? Several weeks ago, my husband made braised radishes. Not a success. *shudder*
In Jonesboro, we got strawberries, sweet potatoes, hydroponic tomatoes from a farm in Batesville, AR, kale, sorrel & oregano. There's enough sorrel for a nice soup with some leeks and potatoes - or something like that. I've never made it but it sounds delicious. Definitely sweet potato fries and perhaps some roasted with onions, balsamic vinegar and a bit of brown sugar. A huge lot of kale, which is lovely sauteed. I hope it doesn't rain as much this weekend as predicted. Not good for the Farm!
