The best street food I have ever had was a falafel in Paris in 1991. In addition to the falafel and tahini, it was stuffed with paper thin curly cut fried zucchini. mmmm - still think about it to this day. Also, sometimes veggie food cart options seem the most appetizing. I guess Chef Bragg doesn't want a falafel at his front door for the competion. ;> great article, but sad an example legislation making a little vibrant slice of urban culture unattainable - no hard feelings CB?
