Uhh, the Horizon Tower isn't "empty condos". It's now full of construction workers finishing off "luxury apartments". Maybe we'll see a cover story called "Horizon Found"... doubt it as that would be positive news.
Somebody show MickeyWhite how to construct proper sentences.

Also, I don't see Pinnacle Airlines going Downtown. There are literally 2 prime class A options across the street from their current offices that will probably be cheap & close to MEM Int'l.
Sorry Packrat, but NO. Death to COGIC because they are a societal epidemic & they don't tip restaurant servers!
Belz Enterprises is waiting for full completion of its' $450 million hotel expansion in Orlando before starting on "Peabody Suites". They only have so much credit and can't take on both projects at the same time.
The Horizon? Well, the flyer trashed that building with its' "Lost Horizon" cover story making up crap like "the building is not sealed with windows, etc. and will be overrun with mold". All the while, drive by the building and see that it has had all of its' windows for a long, long time.
The pigeon shit trap known as the Chisca Hotel is owned by COGIC. Don't even get me started. They could redevelop the place if the female members had a "Stupid hat sidewalk sale". What a shame, all the investment on South Main Street and look what they do (won't even pick up the trash). I hope their convention in St. Louis burns down with them in it.
Re: “Midtown: More on Overton Square and Sears”
The Hotel Chisca building is under contract to be renovated into luxury apartments by the same group who now owns the One Commerce Square tower which just received a $25 million Prime-Class A makeover.
