Mr. Pepper has only been in Memphis approximately three months. In this time he has made huge progress in turning the shelter in a positive direction. Throughout his brief tenure, Miss Sanders has done little besides complain, and go to the media with her negative views. She has not adopted from, fostered for, or helped at the shelter. Perhaps if she spent one day there, she might gain perspective on the huge problems faced on a daily basis by the shelter director and his staff.
What help is it to the shelter to complain without even trying to assist in any way. There are a few people who are vocal in a negative way, I do wonder what their motives are. Control? Memphis is so lucky to have Mr. Pepper come here and try to turn around a miserable situation. He should be supported until he has had an opportunity to make all the improvements possible prior to moving to the new facility.
