I blame computers, texting, cell phones and anything else that has helped deter us from socialization.
So many have managed to isolate from human interaction they have forgotten manners.
Twitter allows people to imagine their every thought or action is valued and appreciated. A heckler is just a twit-ter with a big mouth
I also blame any assigned seat venue that does not keep late arrivals in the lobby, where they belong, until a break in the performance. 10 minutes after the show begins, your rude behind stays in the lobby. Why reward bad behavior?
It is not about accommodating the rude individual who arrives late...it is about accommodating those whose promptness shows respect for the artists.
