Interesting story about the name change:
In a time of 68% obesity or overweight figures from the CDC, talk about food shortages in coming years, and people who have no food to eat, food challenges sound a little selfish and self-absorbed. Is this the best businesses can do is serve more food than we need to eat in order to keep prices up? I'm a big guy and I can't usually eat all the food on my plate at at $ 17 per meal restaurant. Why would you encourage people to eat even more by having contests? This may be good for business but it isn't good for others, whether it be the challenger or other people who would be happy with just a crust from the pizza slice.
