The Memphis Food Truckers organization had initially indicated the rodeo would take place in the cul-de-sac west of Hollywood (which would technically put it in a residential zoned district requiring special use permits). If the food trucks operate on Broad between Hollywood & Collins, the ordinance requires they operate at least 300' from the entrance to any restaurant, unless the vendor receives a signed waiver from the established business. That said, I have no idea if the ordinance is being enforced or if trucks are requesting the waivers.

Hmmm, that's TWO quotes attributed to geneticists, both religious men who practiced in the 1950's, 60's and 70's. This group seems to be more concerned with the quotations of dead men than logic, reason, and factual truth.
