As far as I know, cyclists are entitled to just as much of the road as anybody else, so how dare anybody lay on the horn. Happened to me downtown once, I just looked back at him and then continued riding. Memphis is so behind the times. It really is quite sad.

I found it very difficult to read these emails not because it would be disappointing to see our city leadership arguing in such a manner, but because they were so grammatically plague-stricken.
