For Memphis there is no choice, they must go no kill and open the whole shelter up to the public. They are not an entity unto themselves, if they take money from any source they must be held completely accountable from their treatment of animals, to proper kenneling, feeding and care. They have been getting away with murder, literally, and now must repent for their sins. They will also need to have someone to watch over them, as they have proven they cannot be trusted with lives that are totally dependent on them for their very survival. NO KILL MEMPHIS. period.
