@James Watson, I'm unsure why you posted this comment here, but as Marketing and Media Liaison for Republic Coffee, please let me assure you we are deeply sorry for your experience with us. Was your visit today? What time was your visit? I do know there was a brand new barista on the afternoon shift today for his very first day behind the bar. I am on the phone with the shop owner right now, he is away from his computer and unable to address this personally. I've also contacted the GM who will no doubt be on top of this first thing in the morning.
