A big lesson could be learned from Chattanooga's FREE electric shuttles. They run through the main Downtown business and tourist area, every 5 minutes. Clean, efficient, and all the drivers are very friendly and helpful - great ambassadors for the city.

For around $400 for the round trip, a private room, and all excellent meals included, you can do a Memphis-New Orleans round trip on Amtrak.
