Great article and reviews of the beers listed, I've almost done the same thing. I was excited to hear a while back the Ghost River did have a big IPA in their repertoire. When I asked about it before they had brewed thios years batch, they said that last years sales were disappointing and not many restaurants and bars had picked it up which is a shame. I feel this beer fully belongs in the year round brews.
As far as the Surly beers, i was thrilled to find the France44.com website. Others I like using are bruisinales.com out of Asheville (Jason and Julie are fantastic people too btw), thepartysource.com out of Kentucky (where I get my fix of New Albanian and on cyber monday they had free shipping too), bottletrek.com (Oregon) but I prefer to get beers that can age from them as I've had bottles that I think have sat a while before. I used to get from hitime wine and spirits but their selection has just about evaporated.
