Mothman is no match for Cthulhu. Prophecies be damned!
@ JacksonBaker - I really don't think the (potential) criminal will care about gun laws while he's debating to rob a bank. Hell, he might realize some of the customers will be armed (if he thinks about that at all).
@ oldtimeplayer - exactly where has it been proven that potentially armed victims do not reduce crime? And who actually cares? The 'armed' potential victim, that's who. You are correct about the potential harm to police tho. That's a VERY legitimate concern. There is also the concern that if the police MUST assume you could be armed, they will react accordingly (and VERY appropriately , with the 'armed assumption', I might add). As far as the 'white policeman' being scared...what about the black policeman...in dealing with armed rednecks (I'm from MS, I'm allowed that description...)? See...your argument works both ways. ALL police will be more likely to shoot you. The only added benefit is the 'gene-pool' reduction of stupid people (of all races) who refuse to 'show your hands' to the police upon request (or demand...same results).
With an internet connection, get a ROKU. Best $50 I ever spent.
Per the article, PP was to direct patients to the Health Dept, not CCHS during the transition period.
