I love Tony Allen, but how can anyone be the face of the franchise after only two years of service. Shane Battier is still the most beloved grizzly in my opinion. It just felt like things started to change after he was drafted. He had such a tremendous impact on the city, on and off the court. It has to be Shane, hands down!
