George Little remarked on TV something about refurbishing the fountains in Civic Center Plaza. So did the eviction come now because of OM being in the way of spending tax dollars to make the fountains prettier? Or because it's Elvis week and they didn't want to look "ugly" in front of all the tourists? Perhaps both!
