In my opinion, it would seem obvious that these bills would draw opposition from representatives from CLASS (coalition of large area school systems) since it threatens the very premise of their existence and whatever bureaucratic excess that comes with it. Linking that to influence over a new congress that may feel it is time to re-evaluate the effectiveness of these monstrosities is another thing entirely.
