If you took out the first and third paragraphs, this would be a good non partisian story about what to do in an active shooter situation. But as the liberal author put them in i will reply in kind.
As the Chief said, "Rarely are gun owners any help in active shooter situations" I would agree with but for a totally different reason. they aren't any help because they are rarely around. If you haven't noticed over 95% of these situations happen in gun free zones. and those pesky gun owners that you guys hate, obey the law and do not go to or dont carry their weapons in gun free zones.
Personally, If i were involved in a situation and was by chance armed, I would probably gladly comply with items one (avoid) and two ( deny) also. As for three, (defend) I guarantee you the average (non LEO trained) gun owner would be a definite asset at this phase of the game. Ambushes are fairly easy, when someone is concentrating on getting past things set against him in the deny phase of this situation. We as citizens are responsible for our own protection. The police are there to clean up after the fact and persue the perpetrators.
The basic liberal attitude shown these days is that of a sheep. No thank you. Id rather die a sheepdog.
@OTP Obama is the President. The bucks stops with him. He is RESPONSIBLE for the actions of his subordinates. Its funny, 5major scandals and this man knew nothing? That either makes him a liar and a criminal (my pick) or totally incompetent to the point that even his own people dont talk to him about things...either way it makes for a piss poor President. and is why this country may not survive the next four years.
Good luck to you Tarik, Sorry it didn't work out for next year. OTP is right about one thing. The Tigers DESPERATELY need a big man coach. Johnnie Williams just isn't getting it done and it shows. We could also use someone who will teach team rebounding. Go Tigers!
Referring to the CC8 as baboons, is a huge insult to baboons all over this planet
That is a horrible thing to do to any person. My thoughts go out to this mans family. I hope they catch this person/persons and give them the same treatment.
