Manager of this place believes that when he enters into a contract with someone that contract becomes null and void if something he feels is more important comes up. He completely disregarded a client who planned to have a baby shower at his establishment for a booksigning that was 4 hours after her scheduled event so that they could "set up" for the booksigning. He then proceeded to rectify the situation by sending her to another venue across the street. I would never use the establishment. Let's teach this manager that all customers are important and should be treated equally!
