It is ridiculous to believe the writers of a constitution would put in a provision that encourages armed rebellion against a government they are installing. The Second's sole purpose is to tell the Feds not to interfere with how a State directs its militia to store weapons: in an armory, dispersed depot, or in the home. That is all.
