I grew up with Jim Palmer in Texas and as boys we used to draw comics and the teacher would read them to the class. Jim was also into amateur photography as well and did a lot of work with time exposure cameras (in the 50's that was a big deal). Jim pursued his dream to be an actor and cartoonist. I am happy to say that through the years we have remained friends and stayed in touch with each other. Jim is a fine talent and any paper should be pleased to publish his work.
