Forgive me friends. Jeff is the intended recipient of the latest post. Perfect example of reading on the surface without a deep understanding of something can make one look rather foolish.?
I'm curious. How many people have googled John 3:16....the foundation of our salvation...the seed planted in a multitude of hearts, many of whom will experience (if they have not already) the beautiful saving Grace only Jesus' sacrifice could give them as a result of your unashamed & unbridled display of genuine love for Christ? Romans 1:16-perhaps you should pray for wisdom, grace, & an open heart before you open your Bible next time. Don't forget to ask for forgiveness first that He might hear your prayers & that you might hear what He is saying to you in response. Quit attacking those who are bold enough to speak without fear of judgment by people who inaccurately throw the Bible in the faces of their fellow brothers & sisters & focus on a close-knit relationship with God that He may reveal what He wants to do through you. That which does not edify (builds up) only tears down. Judge not lest ye be judged. I pray for your heart to change toward those who are listening without shame when God speaks. Remember that the Pharisees were so busy keeping laws & thumping books that they completely left out the part where God seeks us out so we can have a true love-relationship with Him above all. Each of us is called to a different purpose & it seems Tim Tebow is serving his by ministering to millions who wouldn't normally give God the time of day. P.S.- i have never seen a single game & don't even like sports so don't let that be your primary focus. Check out the Experiencing God study by Henry & Richard Blackaby & Claude King. It will transform your spiritual walk & relationship with God in ways you never dreamed. May you be blessed richly with wisdom, grace, & mercy.
