<![CDATA[I love this article. The rich history of this district the Greenlaw brothers buying property in this neighborhood in the early days of Memphis to seeing a young African American like Tory Parks help revitalize one of the first neighborhoods in Memphis.

<![CDATA[I lived in Memphis for many years and always thought it was a shame that the downtown area was so deserted, especially as it's right next to the river. It's good to see that they're finally redeveloping it.

<![CDATA[Thirty or thirty-five years ago, I would drive through Greenlaw and the other older neighborhoods in north Memphis and marvel at the architecture of the buildings. Having lived on Leath Street as a youngster, it was my opinion that that whole area was one big slum.

<![CDATA[This was an excellent article. I often drive through areas of town and wonder about the people who live there and how they relate to one another.
