      <![CDATA[I love how Indie Memphis breaks their rules for certain filmmakers. For example:
    GENERAL RULES
    Submissions must have been completed after January 1, 2007 and may not be publicly exhibited in Shelby County, Tennessee prior to the 2008 festival dates (excluding other Indie Memphis screenings) Yet OMG/HAHAHA was publicly screened in Memphis Nov 10th last year!
